Analisis Pendapatan Industri Olahan Tahu Di Desa Sukamaju, Kecamatan Binjai Barat

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya produksi dan pendapatan industri olahan tahu di Desa Sukamaju, Kecamatan Binjai Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Binjai, Kecamatan Binjai Barat, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pemilihan lokasi ini ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 sampel pengelolan industri tahu rumahan dengan 30 kali produksi.Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menghitung biaya produksi dan pendapatan usaha industri olahan tahu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya biaya produksi industri olahan tahu sebesar Rp. 4.400.056,82/ produksi. Biaya produksi terdiri dari biaya bahan baku, biaya penunjang, biaya tenaga kerja, biaya penyusutan peralatan dan biaya PBB. Produksi tahu sebesar 169,50 kg/produksi dan harga tahu sebesar Rp 30.000/kg, maka diperoleh penerimaan usaha sebesar Rp 5.085.000,00 /produksi., sehinga diperoleh pendapatan bersih usaha sebesar Rp. 809.943,19/ produksi atau sebesar Rp. 19.438.636,45/ bulan. The study aims to determine the production costs and income of the tofu processing industry in Sukamaju Village, West Binjai District. This study was conducted in Binjai City, West Binjai District, North Sumatra Province. The selection of this location was determined intentionally (purposive). The sample used in this study was 1 sample of home tofu industry management with 30 production times. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by calculating the production costs and income of the tofu processing industry business. The results of the study showed that the amount of production costs of the tofu processing industry was Rp. 4,400,056.82 / production. Production costs consist of raw material costs, supporting costs, labor costs, equipment depreciation costs and PBB costs. Tofu production of 169.50 kg / production and tofu price of Rp. 30,000 / kg, then the business income was obtained of Rp. 5,085,000.00 / production., so that the net income of the business was obtained of Rp. 809,943.19 / production or Rp. 19,438,636.45/month).
