Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di RSUD Sahudin bagian RO (Ruang Operasi) Kutacane. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang akan dikenakan adalah generalisasinya adalah seluruh karyawan 85 orang perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis korelasional. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi product moment terlihat bahwasanya ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan iklim organisai. temuan ini diambil berdasarkan pada coefficient correlation rxy = 0,628 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,002 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (r2) keterkaitan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen ialah r2= 0.394, Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya kepuasan kerja mempunyai kontribusi terhadap iklim organisasi sebesar 39,4%. Berdasakan perhitungan mean kepuasan kerja karyaan tergolong tinggi, berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (79,78) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (60). Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa iklim organisasi tergolong tinggi, berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (49,32) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (35). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between organizational climate and employee job satisfaction at RSUD Sahudin, RO (Operating Room) Kutacane. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, the population that will be subject to generalization is all employees, 85 nurses. The sample in this study amounted to 85 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is the correlation analysis technique. Based on the product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational climate. This finding is taken based on the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.628 with a significance level of p = 0.002 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.394. This shows that job satisfaction has a contribution to organizational climate of 39.4%. Based on the calculation of the mean, employee job satisfaction is classified as high, based on the empirical average value obtained (79.78) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (60). Furthermore, it is known that the organizational climate is classified as high, based on the empirical average value obtained (49.32) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (35). |
