| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan lingkungan belajar dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 10 Medan yang berjumlah 67 orang. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and learning environment and public speaking anxiety. The subjects were 67 students of State Vocational High School 10 Medan. |
