Abstract: Penelitian ini telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Gen Z di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk – Alfamart. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif - korelasional. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 180 karyawan di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk cabang Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala Kepuasan Kerja dan skala Turnover intention yang disusun berdasarkan aspek – aspek Kepuasan kerja dan Turnover Intention. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi normalitas, uji asumsi linearitas, dan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk cabang Palembang dalam kategori rendah. Dan dala penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai koefisien F yaitu 245,553 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,01 dikarenakan koefisien b dan koefisien r memiliki nilai negatif yaitu b sebesar -1.155 dan r sebesar -0.761 maka x memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap y yang artinya jika X rendah maka Y tinggi begitu pula sebaliknya. Adapun persentase pengaruh x terhadap y ialah 58%. This study was conducted to determine the level of influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention in Gen Z employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk - Alfamart. The research methodology used is a quantitative - correlational research method. The sample of this study was 180 employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk branch Palembang. The sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The measuring instrument of this study used the Job Satisfaction scale and the Turnover intention scale which were arranged based on aspects of Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Data analysis in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, normality assumption tests, linearity assumption tests, and simple linear regression analysis tests with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that job satisfaction among employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in the Palembang branch is categorized as low. The research findings indicate that the Job Satisfaction variable has an effect on turnover intention, with an F coefficient of 245.553 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.01. Since the coefficients b and r have negative values, with b at -1.155 and r at -0.761, this means that X has a negative influence on Y; in other words, if X is low, then Y is high, and vice versa. The percentage of influence of X on Y is 58%.
