Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Fasilitas Dan Pengalaman Pelanggan Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Jasa Transportasi Bus PT Chandra Adi Dharma Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan daftar pernyataan (kuesioner) yang sibarkan melalui google form, adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah seluruh penumpang bus PT Chandra Adi Dharma Raya dengan tujuan Kecamatan Simangambat, Padang Lawas Utara, Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 1.601 dengan sampel sebanyak 95 penumpang Bus Chandra yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat membeli ulang, dengan nilai thitung (3,067) > ttabel (1,986) dan tingkat signifikan (0,003 < 0,05). Pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat membeli ulang dengan nilai thitung (3,987) > ttabel (I,986) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variable fasilitas dan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang jasa transportasi bus PT Chandra Adi Dharma Raya terlihat dari Fhitung (74,875) > Ftabel (3,097) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. This research aims to determine the influence of facilities and customer experience on interest in repurchasing PT Chandra Adi Dharma Raya bus transportation services. This research uses an associative quantitative method, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data collection technique used in this research is observation and a list of statements (questionnaire) distributed via Google form. The population in this study consists of all PT Chandra Adi Dharma Raya bus passengers destined for Simangambat District, North Padang Lawas, North Sumatra, totaling 1,601 with a sample of 95 Chandra Bus passengers who were selected using a Nonprobability Sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that facilities have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, with a value of tcount (3.067) > ttable (1.986) and a significant level (0.003 < 0.05). Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a value of tcount (3.987) > ttable (I.986) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the facility and customer experience variables on interest in repurchasing PT Chandra Adi Dharma Raya bus transportation services as seen from Fcount (74.875) > Ftable (3.097) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.
