| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Online Customer Review dan Online Customer Rating terhadap Customer Trust pada Generasi Z pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk memahami bagaimana ulasan dan penilaian yang diberikan oleh pengguna Shopee secara online mampu membentuk tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap platform tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif kausal untuk mengukur hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel independen dan dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan Shopee di Kecamatan Pancur Batu dengan jumlah sebanyak 1.405 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dan dihitung dengan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh 94 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dirancang menggunakan skala Likert. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item instrumen yang digunakan valid dan reliabel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25, serta melalui pengujian asumsi klasik untuk memastikan kesesuaian model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Trust pada pengguna Shopee di Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang. Secara parsial variabel Online Customer Rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Trust pada pengguna Shopee di Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel Online Customer Review dan Online Customer Rating terhadap Customer Trust pada pengguna Shopee di Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang. This study aims to examine the influence of Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating on Customer Trust among Generation Z users of the Shopee application in Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang. The research focuses on understanding how reviews and ratings provided by Shopee users online can shape consumer trust toward the platform. A quantitative approach was employed using a causal associative research type to measure the cause-and-effect relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The population of the study consisted of Generation Z individuals who actively use Shopee in Pancur Batu District, totaling 1,405 people. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in 94 respondents who met the criteria. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires designed with a Likert scale. Validity and reliability tests indicated that all instrument items used were both valid and reliable. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25, along with classical assumption testing to ensure model suitability. The results of the study show that, partially, the Online Customer Review variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust among Shopee users in Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang. Similarly, the Online Customer Rating variable also has a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust. Simultaneously, both Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating have a positive and significant influence on Customer Trust among Shopee users in the same area. |
