Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stres akademik dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Laguboti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi pearson product moment. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Jumlah populasi sebesar 283 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 117 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara stres akademik dengan prokrastinasi akademik, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,504, yang berarti stres akademik memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,4% terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. Rata-rata stres akademik siswa berada di atas nilai hipotetik sebesar 87,5 dan untuk prokrastinasi akademik juga berada di atas nilai hipotetik sebesar 92,5. Mean empirik stres akademik sebesar 98,27 dan untuk prokrastinasi akademik mean empiriknya sebesar 105,48. This study aims to determine the relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination in eleventh grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Laguboti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Pearson product moment correlation method. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale. The population is 283 students and the sample is 117 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis show a significant positive relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.504, which means that academic stress contributes 50.4% to academic procrastination. The average academic stress of students is above the hypothetical value of 87.5 and for academic procrastination is also above the hypothetical value of 92.5. The empirical mean of academic stress is 98.27 and for academic procrastination the empirical mean is 105.48.
