The results indicate that occupational health and safety has a significant effect on employee performance (t calculated = 7.161 > t table = 1.663) with a contribution of 51.5% (r² = 0.515). The mean test shows that the level of occupational safety and health is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean = 67.5 and an empirical mean = 74.16, as well as employee performance which is in the moderate category with a hypothetical mean = 75 and an empirical mean = 87.61.
