Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Delisha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, dengan populasi berjumlah 68 guru yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik total sampling. Hasil analisis menggunakan korelasi product moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,684 dan taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 (< 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (r²) sebesar 0,467, yang berarti lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 46,7% terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji mean menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 55 dan mean empirik sebesar 45,28 dan kepuasan kerja juga tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 75 dan mean empirik sebesar 64,07. This study aims to examine the correlation between the work environment and job satisfaction among teachers at Yayasan Pendidikan Delisha. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design, involving a population of 68 teachers, all of whom were included as the sample using total sampling. The analysis using Pearson’s product-moment correlation showed a significant positive correlation between the work environment and job satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.684 and a significance level of p = 0.000 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (r²) was 0.467, indicating that the work environment contributed 46.7% to job satisfaction. The mean test results revealed that the work environment was categorized as low, with a hypothetical mean of 55 and an empirical mean of 45.28, while job satisfaction was also categorized as low, with a hypothetical mean of 75 and an empirical mean of 64.07.
