This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on turnover intention through perceived organizational support as a moderator variable. The research method uses non-experimental quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 160 people, by taking a sample of 135 people using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the moderation model regression analysis technique with the assumption that the data is normally distributed and linear. The results of this study indicate that job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention by 73% with a significance value of p < 0.001. Furthermore, this study shows that employee job stress directly affects turnover intention by 65.7% and then becomes 8.7% after being moderated by perceived organizational support. That is, perceived organizational support negatively and significantly moderates the effect of job stress on turnover intention. It can be concluded that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and perceived organizational support moderates negatively and significantly the effect of job stress on employee turnover intention.
