Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Pelatihan dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan pada Perpustakaan Universitas Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode sampel jenuh. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan Google Form, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan (Y), karena pelatihan yang baik mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja. Employee Engagement (X2) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan (Y), karena keterlibatan emosional dan komitmen terhadap pekerjaan mendorong pustakawan bekerja lebih optimal. Secara simultan, Pelatihan dan Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan di Perpustakaan Universitas Sumatera Utara. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Training and Employee Engagement on the Performance of Librarians at the University of North Sumatra Library. This research employs a quantitative approach using an associative research method. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method. Primary data were collected through the distribution of online questionnaires via Google Forms and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS Statistics 25. The results indicate that Training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Librarian Performance (Y), as effective training enhances skills and job performance. Employee Engagement (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Librarian Performance (Y), as emotional involvement and commitment to work motivate librarians to perform more optimally. Simultaneously, Training and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Librarians at the University of North Sumatra Library.
