| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Pimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Sinar Agronusa Tehnik Mandiri, serta mengukur sejauh mana kedua faktor tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan. Maka dari itu masalah difokuskan pada pengaruh komunikasi pimpinan dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari masing-masing variabel dan indikatornya. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui skala likert dan kuisioner serta dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi pimpinan yang efektif berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Begitu pula, gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dapat mendorong kualitas kerja yang lebih optimal. Secara simultan, komunikasi pimpinan dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, menunjukkan bahwa keduanya saling melengkapi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif. This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Leadership Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Agronusa Tehnik Mandiri and measure the extent to which these two factors contribute significantly. Therefore, the focus is on the impact of leadership communication and leadership style on employee performance. To approach this issue, theoretical references from each variable and its indicators are used. Data was collected through a Likert scale and questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively. This study concludes that effective leadership communication significantly contributes to improving employee performance. Likewise, a good leadership style can enhance work quality for optimal results. Simultaneously, leadership communication and leadership style have a significant impact on employee performance, demonstrating that both complement each other in creating a productive work environment. |
