Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan orangtua dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap self-efficacy siswa SMK Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya dalam menghadapi dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas tertentu, yang sangat penting dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 225 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala self-efficacy, dukungan orangtua, dan motivasi intrinsik yang telah divalidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan orangtua terhadap self-efficacy siswa. Demikian pula, motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap self-efficacy. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan self-efficacy siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga serta dorongan internal siswa dalam membentuk keyakinan diri mereka dalam konteks pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran serta keterlibatan orangtua dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik anak. This study aims to examine the influence of parental support and intrinsic motivation on the self-efficacy of students at SMK Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. Self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their ability to manage and complete specific tasks, which is crucial in the context of vocational education. This research used a quantitative approach with regression analysis techniques. The sample consisted of 225 students selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used were validated scales for self-efficacy, parental support, and intrinsic motivation. The results showed a significant positive influence of parental support on students' self-efficacy. Similarly, intrinsic motivation also significantly affected self-efficacy. Simultaneously, both variables contributed significantly to the improvement of students’ self-efficacy. These findings emphasize the importance of family involvement and students' internal drive in fostering self-confidence in vocational education settings. The study has implications for developing learning strategies and enhancing parental engagement to support students’ academic success.
