| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word Of Mouth dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada konsumen xiboba Jl Karya Wisata Johor kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, data primer diperoleh dari jawaban terhadap serangkaian pernyataan dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada nasabah yang berjumlah 96 responden. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan juga dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode slovin yang berada di konsumen xiboba Jl Karya Wisata Johor kota Medan. Data penelitian diperoleh melelui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert melalui lembar kuesioner dibagi kepada reesponden tersebut. Kemudian di analisis menggunakan teknik anlisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, serta koefesien determinasi (Adjusted R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, metode Word Of Mouth (X1) dan Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Secara simultan kedua metode pemasaran tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0.760, yang berarti 76% variasi Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel ini, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian. Hasil analisis menegaskan bahwa Harga (X2) lebih dominan dibandingkan Word Of Mouth (X1) dalam mempengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) bukanlah hasil dari satu faktor tunggal, melainkan melainkan interaksi kompleks antara berbagai elemen dengan harga dan komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut memainkan peran sentral. Kedepannya strategi pemasasran yang berhasil akan menjadi strategi yang mampu mengintegrasikan kedua faktor ini secara sinergis. This research aims to determine the influence of Word Of Mouthand price on customer loyalty among Xiboba consumers on Jl Karya Wisata Johor Medan. This research uses primary data, primary data is obtained from answers to a series of statements in the form of a questionnaire to customers totaling 96 respondents. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique and also in this study was determined using the Slovin method in the Xiboba consumers at Jl Karya Wisata Johor Medan City. The research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale through questionnaire sheets distributed to the respondents. Then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability, L test F test, and coefficient of determination (Adjusted R.) The results of the study show that partially, the WORD OF MOUTH Variable(X1) and PRICE Variable (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Simultaneously, both marketing methods also have a significant effect with an Adjusted R value of 0.760, which means that 76% of the variation in Customer Loyalty (Y) can be explained by these two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. The results of the analysis confirm that PRICE (X2) is more dominant than WORD OF MOUTH (X1) in influencing Customer Loyalty (Y). This study emphasizes that Customer Loyalty (Y) is not the result of a single factor, but rather a complex interaction between various elements with price and word of mouth communication playing a central role. In the future, a successful marketing strategy will be a strategy that is able to integrate these two factors synergistically. |
