Abstract: Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gambaran melalui aspek-aspek konsep diri pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa. Metode yang digunakan metode kuantitatif. populasi terdiri dari 1.027 siswa SMAN 1 Tanjung Morawa dengan sampel diambil 25% dari populasi yaitu 257 siswa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa konsep diri pada remaja tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 67,5 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 58,17. Pengetahuan yang memiliki persentase tertinggi dalam mempengaruhi Konsep Diri siswa adalah yaitu sebesar 39.5 %, selanjutnya urutan kedua Penilaian sebesar 33.8 %, serta Harapan memiliki persentase terendah dalam mempengaruhi Konsep Diri yaitu sebesar 26,7 %. Aspek Pengetahuan menjadi yang dominan, siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa mengetahui tentang dirinya, baik dari kebutuhan yang diperlukan dirinya hingga kemampuan yang ada dalam dirinya. Sedangkan Harapan yang paling rendah dikarenakan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa masih belum memiliki target terkait masa depan, mereka hanya menjalankan apa yang sedang berlangsung, hanya beberapa orang yang saat ini sudah tau tujuannya ke depan seperti apa. The aim to be achieved in this research is to identify the description through the aspects of self-concept in students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa. The method used was quantitative. The population consisted of 1,027 students of SMAN 1 Tanjung Morawa, with a sample taken at 25% of the population, totaling 257 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Based on the descriptive analysis results, it was found that the self-concept of adolescents was classified as low, with a hypothetical mean score of 67.5 and an empirical mean score of 58.17. Knowledge had the highest percentage in affecting students' self-concept, which was 39.5%, followed by Assessment at 33.8%, and Expectation had the lowest percentage in affecting self-concept at 26.7%. The aspect of Knowledge was the most dominant; students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa knew about themselves, from their needs to their capabilities. Meanwhile, Expectation was the lowest due to the fact that students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa still did not have future targets. They just followed what was going on, and only a few already knew their future goals.
