Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja terhadap kedisiplinan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Kota Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 orang, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 pegawai yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria masa kerja singkat (<3tahun), masa kerja menengah (3-7tahun), masa kerja panjang (>7tahun) . Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa skala kedisiplinan berdasarkan teori Mangkunegara (2018). Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, linearitas, dan regresi menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai (r = 0,693; p = 0,000), dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar (r2)= 0,480 yang berarti 48% variasi dalam kedisiplinan dipengaruhi oleh masa kerja. Kedisiplinan tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 170 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 202. This study aims to determine the effect of length of service on discipline among Civil Servants at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) Office in Binjai City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. The population in this study amounted to 87 people, and the sample used was 60 employees selected by purposive sampling technique based on the criteria of short service period (<3 years), medium service period (3-7 years), long service period (>7 years). The measuring instrument used was a discipline scale based on the theory of Mangkunegara (2018). The results of data analysis using normality, linearity, and regression tests showed that length of service had a negative effect on employee discipline (r = 0.693; p = 0.000), with a coefficient of determination of (r2) = 0.480 which means 48% of the variation in discipline was influenced by length of service. Discipline was classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 170 and an empirical mean of 202.
