| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan Wizzmie. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Wizzmie yang berjumlah sebanyak 72 orang karyawan Wizzmie dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang karyawan Wizzmie. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan model skala likert dengan dua skala, yaitu skala kepuasan kerja dan skala komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier terlihat bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan < 0,05. Nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0.339 ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki distribusi terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 33,9%. Berdasarkan hasil uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 57,5 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 48,06. Selanjutnya komitmen organisasi dapat disimpulkan memperoleh hasil rendah dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 62,5 dan nilai empiriknya sebesar 51,07. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan Wizzmie. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of Wizzmie employees. The population in this study were all employees at Wizzmie, totaling 72 Wizzmie employees and the number of samples in this study was 60 Wizzmie employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model with two scales, namely the job satisfaction scale and the organizational commitment scale. Based on the results of the linear regression analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This can be seen from the significant value <0.05. The tcount value is greater than ttable. From these results, the determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.339, indicating that job satisfaction has a distribution of 33.9% on organizational commitment. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is relatively low with a hypothetical mean value of 57.5 and an empirical mean of 48.06. Furthermore, organizational commitment can be concluded to obtain low results with a hypothetical value of 62.5 and an empirical value of 51.07. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has an influence on the organizational commitment of Wizzmie employees. |
