| Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Komitmen Kerja dengan Individual Work Performance di RM 100. Masalah difokuskan kepada hubungan komitmen kerja dengan individual work performance di RM 100. Guna mendekati masalah ini digunakan acuan teori dari Meyer & Allen (1997) menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua faktor ini, di mana komitmen kerja yang tinggi sering kali berkontribusi pada peningkatan individual work performance. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (komitmen kerja) memberi hubungan positif terhadap variabel Y (Individual work performance) pada pegawai RM 100 yang dilihat dari nilai spearman rho = 0,270 dengan p = < 0,01, yang berarti komitmen berkorelasi terhadap individual work performance sebesar 27%. Dengan kata lain, semakin baik komitmen kerja, maka semakin tinggi performa kerja individu. Kepada RM 100 dapat meningkatkan komitmen kerja karyawan dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih nyaman, memberikan penghargaan terhadap kinerja, serta mendorong keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan mereka. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Job Commitment and Individual Work Performance at RM 100. The problem is focused on the relationship between work commitment and individual work performance in RM 100. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference from Meyer & Allen (1997) is used, which shows that there is a significant relationship between these two factors, where high work commitment often contributes to improved individual work performance. This research method uses quantitative methods with linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 100 people, using total sampling technique. The results showed that variable X (work commitment) gave a positive relationship to variable Y (Individual work performance) in RM 100 employees as seen from the value of r = 0.270 with p = <0.01, which means that commitment correlates to individual work performance by 27%. In other words, the better the work commitment, the higher the individual work performance. RM 100 can increase employee commitment by creating a more comfortable work environment, rewarding performance, and encouraging employee involvement in decision making related to their work. |
