Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Binjai Kota. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Binjai Kota. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Binjai Kota. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of workload and work environtment partially and simultaneously on employee perfomance at the Binjai City Health Center UPTD. The population in this study were all employees of the Binjai City Health Center UPTD. The sampling technique in this study used Saturate Sampling, which is a sample determination technique if all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis using SPSS 23. The result of this study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant negative effect on employee performance at the Binjai City Health Center UPTD
