This study was conducted on high school students at SMA Negeri X in Medan to examine the effect of self-efficacy on subjective well-being through resilience. This research employs a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique, resulting in 449 respondents. Data collection was carried out using research scales, including the Adaptation of a Brief Adolescent Subjective Well-Being in School Scale (BASWBSS) for subjective well-being, the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES-10) adapted into GSES-12 for self-efficacy, and a resilience scale based on the theory proposed by Connor & Davidson (2003). The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis, with Smart PLS v.3.0 as the analytical tool and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the analysis method. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being by 19.2%, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on resilience by 39.9%, resilience has a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being by 37.6%, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being through resilience by 15%.
