This study aims to determine and empirically examine the correlation between self efficacy and resilience in students at SMA Al-Hidayah Medan. This research employed a correlational quantitative approach using a purposive sampling technique, involving 35 students from a total population of 161 students. Data were collected using a self efficacy scale adapted from Novrianto et al. (2019) and a Resilience scale based on Connor and Davidson (2003). Data were analyzed using Product Moment correlation analysis. The results showed a significant positive correlation between self efficacy and resilience, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.698 and a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. Self efficacy contributed 48.7% to resilience, while the remaining 51.3% was influenced by other factors such as parenting style, social support, and personality characteristics. Both self efficacy and resilience in this school were classified as moderate, with empirical mean scores of 28.77 and 71.56, respectively, which exceeded their hypothetical mean values.
