Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh live streaming shopping dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada sepatu import second di Jazz Store Simalingkar Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tren penggunaan teknologi dan media sosial dalam pemasaran produk, khususnya live streaming sebagai sarana interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan dan kepercayaan konsumen. Kualitas produk juga menjadi aspek penting yang memengaruhi minat beli, terutama pada produk bekas seperti sepatu import second. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Jazz Store. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik live streaming shopping maupun kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis live streaming dan peningkatan kualitas produk dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan di bisnis sepatu second. This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming shopping and product quality on consumer purchase intention toward second-hand imported shoes at Jazz Store Simalingkar Medan. The research background highlights the growing use of technology and social media in marketing, particularly the role of live streaming as an interactive tool that enhances consumer interest and trust. Product quality is also a crucial factor influencing purchasing decisions, especially for second-hand goods like imported shoes. A quantitative approach was used, involving a survey of 100 respondents who are customers of Jazz Store. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both live streaming shopping and product quality significantly affect consumer purchase intention. These findings suggest that live streaming-based marketing strategies combined with product quality improvement can be effective in boosting sales in the second-hand footwear business.
