| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan pelanggan dan diskon harga terhadap permintaan produk pada Andy Poultry Shop. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri pangan, khususnya penjualan ayam potong, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta menerapkan strategi penetapan harga yang tepat. Pelayanan pelanggan mencakup kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keramahan dalam melayani konsumen, sementara diskon harga berfungsi sebagai daya tarik untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua item pernyataan valid, dan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha menghasilkan nilai > 0,60, menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian reliabel. Hasil uji t parsial menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pelanggan (X₁) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan produk dengan nilai t_hitung = 2,470 > t_tabel = 1,984 dan signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05. Diskon harga (X₂) juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai t_hitung = 2,093 > t_tabel dan signifikansi 0,039 < 0,05. Uji F simultan menunjukkan F_hitung = 6,610 > F_tabel = 3,09 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, yang berarti kedua variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan produk. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,119 menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pelanggan dan diskon harga menjelaskan 11,9% variasi permintaan, sedangkan 88,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil ini menyarankan agar Andy Poultry Shop meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelanggan dan menerapkan program diskon secara strategis untuk meningkatkan permintaan produk. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer service and price d iscounts on product demand at Andy Poultry Shop. The research is motivated by the growing competition in the food industry, particularly in broiler chicken sales, which demands that business actors improve service quality and apply appropriate pricing strategies. Customer service includes speed, accuracy, and friendliness in serving consumers, while price discounts serve as an incentive to increase consumer buying interest. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Validity tests showed that all questionnaire items were valid, and the reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha yielded values above 0.60, indicating that the research instruments were reliable. Partial t-tests revealed that customer service (X₁) has a positive and significant effect on product demand, with a t-value of 2.470 > t-table 1.984 and a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05. Price discounts (X₂) also have a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 2.093 and a significance level of 0.039 < 0.05. The simultaneous F-test shows F_calculated = 6.610 > F_table = 3.09 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, indicating that both variables collectively have a significant effect on product demand. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.119 indicates that customer service and price discounts explain 11.9% of the variation in demand, while the remaining 88.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that Andy Poultry Shop should enhance its customer service quality and implement strategic discount programs to increase product demand. |
