| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan strategi penetapan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Nowly Cafe Medan. Dalam industri kuliner yang semakin kompetitif, pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan menjadi sangat penting. Nowly Cafe merupakan salah satu kafe yang berusaha menarik perhatian konsumen dengan menawarkan suasana nyaman dan harga terjangkau, namun tetap menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di tengah banyaknya pesaing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 110 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan strategi penetapan harga, sementara variabel dependen adalah loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, kualitas pelayanan dan strategi penetapan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,390 menunjukkan bahwa 39% variasi loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Uji t dan uji F juga mendukung bahwa kedua faktor memiliki kontribusi nyata dalam memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian, disarankan kepada manajemen Nowly Cafe untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan seperti kecepatan, keramahan, dan kenyamanan tempat, serta menetapkan harga yang sesuai dengan persepsi nilai pelanggan. Hal ini penting untuk mempertahankan pelanggan setia dan meningkatkan daya saing di industri kafe yang semakin padat. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and pricing strategy on customer loyalty at Nowly Cafe Medan. In the increasingly competitive culinary industry, understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty is crucial. Nowly Cafe is one of the cafes striving to attract customers by offering a cozy atmosphere and affordable prices, yet it still faces challenges in maintaining customer loyalty amidst numerous competitors. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 25. The independent variables in this study are service quality and pricing strategy, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, service quality and pricing strategy have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.390 indicates that 39% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by the two variables. Both t-tests and F-tests support the conclusion that these factors significantly contribute to customer loyalty. Therefore, it is recommended that Nowly Cafe management continuously improve service aspects such as speed, staff friendliness, and comfort, as well as set prices that align with customer value perceptions. This is essential to retain loyal customers and enhance competitiveness in the increasingly saturated café industry. |
