| Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi lapangan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan wawancara, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan (X1) nilai t hitung sebesar t hitung (3.504) > t tabel (1.683). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Lingkungan Kerja nilai t hitung sebesar (2.974) > t tabel (1.683). Maka Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian adalah Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pada hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan f hitung (34.826) > f tabel (3.23) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel bebas secara bersama sama terhadap variabel terikat. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang. This study uses field observations using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and interviews, this type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are Leadership (X1) t value of 3.504> t table 1.683. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the leadership variable (X1) on employee performance (Y). Work environment t value of 2.974> t table 1.683. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment variable (X2) on employee performance (Y). The conclusion of the study is that leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) have an effect on employee performance at MKSO PT. SGN Kebun Sei Semayang, Deli Serdang Regency. In the results of the research test conducted f count (34.826)> f table (3.23) it can be concluded that there is an influence of independent variables together on the dependent variable. |
