Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Jaringan, Citra Merek, dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kecamatan Onanrunggu, Kabupaten Samosir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Pengujian dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas), regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Kualitas Jaringan, Citra Merek, dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji t, di mana nilai thitung untuk Kualitas Jaringan sebesar 4,712, Citra Merek sebesar 3,636, dan Promosi sebesar 8,681, yang seluruhnya lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,984 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,706 > Ftabel 3,088 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,522 menunjukkan bahwa 52,2% variasi dalam Keputusan Pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kualitas Jaringan, Citra Merek, dan Promosi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini. This study aims to determine the influence of Network Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in Onanrunggu District, Samosir Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size 99 respondents. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. The tests included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study show that partially, the variables of Network Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test, where the t-values for Network Quality (4.712), Brand Image (3.636), and Promotion (8.681) are all greater than the ttable value of 1.984, with significance values less than 0.05. Simultaneously, the Ftest results show that the three independent variables jointly have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with an F-value of 36.706 > F-table value of 3.088 and a significance level of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.522 indicates that 52.2% of the variation in Purchase Decisions can be explained by the variables Network Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion, while the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this model.
