Analisis Pemilihan Supplier Menggunakan Metode AHP dan ELECTRE pada Grosir Aisyah

Abstract

Pemilihan supplier merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga kelancaran rantai pasok agar tetap lancar dan usaha bisa terus berjalan, terutama pada bisnis grosir. Grosir Aisyah mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan supplier terbaik karena ada banyak kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan, seperti kualitas produk, pelayanan, harga, serta ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Elimination and Choice Exspressing Reality (ELECTRE) dalam membantu proses pemilihan supplier secara objektif. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas setiap kriteria melalui perbandingan berpasangan dan uji konsistensi, sedangkan ELECTRE digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perankingan alternatif supplier dengan memanfaatkan bobot kriteria dari AHP. Proses ELECTRE meliputi normalisasi matriks keputusan, pembentukan matriks terbobot, penentuan himpunan concordance dan discordance, serta analisis dominasi antar alternatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai akhir dan urutan supplier yang dihasilkan oleh kedua metode. Metode AHP menghasilkan penilaian berdasarkan bobot masing-masing kriteria, sedangkan metode ELECTRE memberikan hasil perankingan dengan mempertimbangkan dominasi antar alternatif. Berdasarkan hasil skor akhir, metode AHP dinilai lebih selektif dalam menghasilkan perankingan dibandingkan dengan metode ELECTRE untuk digunakan dalam pemilihan supplier di Grosir Aisyah. Supplier terbaik yang dihasilkan berdasarkan metode AHP adalah PT. Indomarco Adi Prima dengan bobot 0.9110, serta memperoleh skor 1 pada metode ELECTRE. Selanjutnya disusul oleh PT. Medan Distribusindo Raya dengan bobot 0,7481 dan skor ELECTRE 1, kemudian peringkat terakhir adalah PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa dengan bobot 0.6358 dan skor ELECTRE 0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa PT. Indomarco Adi Prima menjadi alternatif paling unggul berdasaarkan perhitungan kedua metode tersebut. Supplier selection is an important factor in maintaining a smooth supply chain to ensur]e business continuity, especially in wholesale businesses. Grosir Aisyah faces difficulties in determining the best supplier because multiple criteria must be considered, such as product quality, service, price, and delivery timeliness. This study aims to compare the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) methods in supporting an objective supplier selection process. The AHP method is used to determine the priority weights of each criterion through pairwise comparisons and consistency testing, while the ELECTRE method is applied to evaluate and rank supplier alternatives by utilizing the criterion weights obtained from AHP. The ELECTRE process includes normalizing the decision matrix, constructing the weighted matrix, determining the concordance and discordance sets, and analyzing the dominance relationships among alternatives. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in the final scores and supplier rankings generated by the two methods. The AHP method produces evaluations based on the weighted importance of each criterion, whereas the ELECTRE method provides rankings by considering dominance relationships among alternatives. Based on the final scores, AHP is considered more selective in producing rankings compared to ELECTRE for supplier selection at Grosir Aisyah. The best supplier identified using the AHP method is PT. Indomarco Adi Prima with a weight of 0.9110, and it also obtained a score of 1 in the ELECTRE method. It is followed by PT. Medan Distribusindo Raya with a weight of 0.7481 and an ELECTRE score of 1, while the last rank is occupied by PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa with a weight of 0.6358 and an ELECTRE score of 0. These results indicate that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima is the most superior alternative based on the calculations of both methods.
