Abstract: Banyaknya permintaan konsumsi cabai merah di Indonesia dan fluktasi harga cabai merah yang sering mengalami inflasi nasional menyebabkan perlunya peningkatan produksi cabai merah. Dari berbagai faktor kualitas tanah merupakan salah satu faktor yang paling mempengaruhi produksi tanaman cabai merah. Salah satu upaya dalam menghadapi berbagai faktor tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan kompos kotoran sapi dan POC Limbah Kulit Pisang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian POC Limbah Kulit Pisang Kepok dan kompos kotoran sapi serta kombinasi keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang terdiri dari 2 perlakuan POC (0,75,150,225 ml/liter) dan Kompos Kotoran Sapi (0,10,20,30 ton/Ha). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan Pemberian POC Limbah kulit pisang kepok tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun. Namun, berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, berat buah persampel, berat buah perplot,berat basah akar tanaman dan berat kering akar pada tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annum L). Pemberian kompos kotoran sapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, berat buah persampel dan berat buah perplot. Namun, berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun,berat akar basah dan berat akar kering tanaman cabai merah merah (Capsicum annum L). Pemberian kombinasi POC Limbah kulit pisang kepok dan kompos kotoran sapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah cabang produktif, berat buah persampel,berat buah perplot,berat akar basah dan berat akar kering. Namun, berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annum L). The high demand for red chili (Capsicum annuum L.) consumption in Indonesia and the frequent price fluctuations, which often contribute to national inflation, highlight the importance of increasing red chili production. Among the determining factors, soil quality plays a crucial role in influencing crop yield. One of the efforts to overcome these challenges is the application of cow manure compost and liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) derived from Kepok banana peel waste. This research aimed to examine the effect of LOF from Kepok banana peel waste and cow manure compost, both individually and in combination, on the growth and yield of red chili. The study employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two treatment factors: LOF concentrations (0, 75, 150, and 225 ml/L) and cow manure compost doses (0, 10, 20, and 30 tons/ha). The results of this study indicate that the administration of POC from kepok banana peel waste has no significant effect on the number of leaves. However, it has a significant effect on plant height, number of productive branches, fruit weight per sample, fruit weight per plot, wet root weight and dry root weight in red chili plants (Capsicum annum L). The administration of cow dung compost has no significant effect on plant height, number of productive branches, fruit weight per sample and fruit weight per plot. However, it has a significant effect on the number of leaves, wet root weight and dry root weight of red chili plants (Capsicum annum L). The administration of a combination of POC from kepok banana peel waste and cow dung compost has no significant effect on the number of leaves, number of productive branches, fruit weight per sample, fruit weight per plot, wet root weight and dry root weight. However, it has a significant effect on the height of red chili plants (Capsicum annum L).
