| Abstract: | Analisis zonasi tipe pondasi memiliki peranan penting dalam bidang geoteknik untuk mendukung perencanaan struktur yang efektif dan andal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis zonasi tipe pondasi berdasarkan data uji sondir (Cone Penetration Test/CPT) yang diintegrasikan dengan pemodelan spasial menggunakan aplikasi QGIS. Data diperoleh dari 21 titik uji sondir yang diolah untuk mendapatkan nilai tahanan konus (qc) dan sebagai parameter utama dalam estimasi daya dukung tanah. Proses pemodelan spasial dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan parameter geoteknik dan data elevasi ke dalam lingkungan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk menghasilkan peta zonasi tipe pondasi secara kontinu. Selanjutnya dilakukan interpolasi menggunakan metode Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) untuk menghasilkan peta sebaran kondisi tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah didominasi oleh tanah lunak hingga dengan daya dukung rendah, sedangkan lapisan tanah keras hanya muncul secara lokal dan berada pada kedalaman lebih dari 10 meter. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pondasi dangkal kurang sesuai, sehingga secara teknis kawasan penelitian lebih direkomendasikan menggunakan pondasi dalam. Pemodelan spasial dengan QGIS efektif dalam membantu visualisasi kondisi tanah dan penentuan zonasi tipe pondasi. Foundation type zoning analysis plays a crucial role in geotechnical engineering, supporting effective and reliable structural planning. This study aims to analyze foundation type zoning based on Cone Penetration Test (CPT) data integrated with spatial modeling using QGIS. Data obtained from 21 CPT test points were processed to obtain cone resistance (qc) values, which serve as the primary parameter in estimating soil bearing capacity. The spatial modeling process was carried out by integrating geotechnical parameters and elevation data into a Geographic Information System (GIS) environment to generate a continuous foundation type zoning map. Interpolation using the Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) method was then performed to generate a soil condition distribution map. The results showed that most of the area was dominated by soft to low-bearing soil, while hard soil layers only occurred locally and were located at depths greater than 10 meters. This condition suggests that the use of shallow foundations is less appropriate, and therefore, technically, deep foundations are recommended for the study area. Spatial modeling with QGIS is effective in visualizing soil conditions and determining foundation type zoning. |
