| Abstract: | Pemeliharaan dan Operasional Panel Listrik serta Generator pada Pabrik Kelapa Sawit di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina bertujuan mengaplikasikan teori perkuliahan ke praktik industri melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Fokus utama mencakup operasional panel listrik dengan komponen MCB, terminal block, KWH meter, timer relay, magnetic contactor, dan overload relay untuk distribusi serta proteksi daya, serta generator turbin uap berkapasitas 800 kVA (daya aktif maksimum 640 kW, arus maksimum 1238 A) dilengkapi AVR Marco SX-8 yang menjaga stabilitas tegangan 380V/50Hz, dengan pemeliharaan bertingkat harian (visual dan pembersihan), berkala (pengukuran arus dan pengencangan), serta tahunan (overhaul dan pengujian isolasi) untuk mendukung produksi CPO secara efisien. Hasil menunjukkan sistem beroperasi optimal dengan daya terukur 480 kW dan arus beban 928 A, meski ada kendala peralatan, sehingga kerja praktik berhasil menjembatani teori-lapangan, meningkatkan keterampilan disiplin kerja, dan memberikan saran perbaikan data teknis bagi mahasiswa serta perusahaan ke depan. The study on the maintenance and operation of electrical panels and generators at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina palm oil mill aimed to bridge academic theory with industrial practice through observation, interviews, and literature review. The scope covered the operation of electrical panels—utilizing components such as MCBs, terminal blocks, kWh meters, timer relays, magnetic contactors, and overload relays for power distribution and protection—and an 800 kVA steam turbine generator (640 kW maximum active power, 1238 A maximum current) equipped with a Marco SX-8 AVR to maintain 380V/50Hz voltage stability. Maintenance involved daily (visual inspection and cleaning), periodic (current measurement and tightening), and annual (overhaul and insulation testing) procedures to support efficient Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production. Results indicated optimal system operation—with a measured power of 480 kW and a load current of 928 A—despite some equipment constraints; ultimately, the practical training successfully bridged theory and field application, enhanced work discipline skills, and provided recommendations for technical data improvements for both the student and the company. |
