This study aims to explore the quality of service and participant experience in relation to the level of satisfaction of training participants at the Medan Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP). This study applies an exploratory qualitative approach with a field research method. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of active participants and alumni of the Medan BBPVP training in 2025. The results of the study indicate that the quality of service and participant experience are generally considered good and play a role in shaping the level of satisfaction of training participants. Service quality is reflected in the competence of instructors, the attitude of staff, and a supportive learning environment, thereby creating a positive learning experience. However, there are still limitations in the practice facilities that need improvement. |
