Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Nagori Siantar Estate Kecamatan Siantar Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

Program family empowerment and welfare (PKK) is a national policy made by the Indonesia government since the time of new reformation, but in the implementation there one some problems such as lack of socialization to the members of PKK and the community on these ten programs family empowerment and welfare (PKK), the high development of the era, low public awareness that the program family empowerment and we fare (PKK) covers all aspect of life that aims to empowerment the community and prosper the Indonesia family from village to town. Based on the results of research shows that the implementation of program PKK policies in the Nagori Siantar Estate district Siantar district Simalungun in the communication process between members and society has not gone well, in because the socialization is still less than the maximum. Human resources within the organization PKK Nagori Siantar Estate still less able to run from ten programs PKK well. Disposition at PKK Nagori Siantar Estate has not been implemented in accordance with their main duties and functions respectively. The bureaucratic structure within the organization of the Siantar Estate does not work in accordance with the respective fields of the members. Then the implementation of program policies in the district Nagori Siantar Estate district Simalungun less successful.
