Abstract

Children are entrusted by the almighty as the next generation of this nation who must be protected from all kinds of criminal acts, including criminal acts, including criminal acts of intercourse with children which is a cruel act that almost all of the world condemned the behavior. The problem in this study is the legal consequences of the crime of intercourse with children, the judge considered the decision No.934/Pid.Sus/2016/Pn.Mdn and the factors causing the crime to commit intercourse with children. The research method in this paper is a normative method that collects library data, namely laws and regulations, law books, judge decisions, mass media and scientific journals related to the problems discussed in this thesis. Data collection techniques in the writing of this research are the literature method by collecting data from literature or books related to criminal acts of intercourse with children.
