dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Intensi Turnover pada karyawan PT. Tiki JNE Cabang Medan serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang berpengaruh secara dominan diantara dua variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Intensi Turnover karyawan PT Tiki JNE Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 117 orang karyawan PT Tiki JNE Cabang Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala intensi turnover (α = 0.919), skala kepuasan kerja (α = 0.896) dan skala komitmen organisasi (α = 0.893). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif yaitu Analisa Regresi Berganda. Sebelum dilakukan Analisa Regresi Berganda terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 18.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intensi Turnover pada Karyawan PT Tiki JNE Cabang Medan. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki koefisien regresi bertanda negatif (-) menandakan hubungan yang berbanding terbalik, dengan kata lain Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi akan menurunkan Intensi Turnover karyawan PT Tiki JNE Cabang Medan. Besar peran atau kontribusi variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap variabel intensi turnover yaitu sebesar 53%, sedangkan sisanya 47% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to clarify whether the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment significantly influence the turnover intention of PT. Tiki JNE Medan Branch employees and to determine which variables are the dominant influence between these two variables (Job Satisfaction or Organization Commitment) against Turnover Intention of PT Tiki JNE Medan Branch employees. The study involved 117 employees of PT Tiki JNE Medan Branch. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Measuring instruments used are Turnover Intention scale (α = 0919), Job Satisfaction scale (α = 0896) and Organizational Commitment scale (α = 0893). Data were analyzed using Quantitative Methods namely Multiple Regression Analysis. Before the first multiple regression analysis performed, classical assumption are conducted including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Data processing using SPSS 18.0 for windows. The results showed that simultaniously Job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment significantly effect Turnover Intention of PT Tiki JNE Medan Branch employees. Variables Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment has negative (-) regression coefficient that signifies inversely proportional relationship, in other words, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment will reduce employee turnover intention PT Tiki JNE Medan Branch. Contribution of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention variable that is equal to 53%, while the remaining 47% can be explained by other factors that not examined in this study. | en_US |
