| Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui a. Pengaruh kualitas SDM terhadap motivasi kerja. b. Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja. c. Pengaruh kualitas SDM terhadap responsivitas. d. Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap responsivitas. e. Besarnya hubungan / kolerasi antara kualitas SDM dan budaya organisasi.f. Pengaruh motivasi terhadap responsivitaws. Model analisis data yang digunakan merupakan analisis jalur dengan model Correlated Path Model. Jumlah populasi total adalah sebanyak 252 orang. maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 72 sampel. |
