Description:	Hubungan antara manusia dengan tanah dapat menimbulkan beberapa fungsi tanah, yaitu fungsi ekonomis dan fungsi sosial. fungsi ekonomis atas tanah dimana tanah berfungsi untuk mendirikan rumah, diperjualkan, disewakan atau dikontrakkan dan lain sebagainya. sedangkan tanah dalam fungsi sosial adalah hak atas tanah yang dimiliki oleh perseorangan atau badan hukum, tidak semata mata boleh dipergunakan untuk kepentingan masyarakat ataupun mentalis tanah tersebut sehingga tidak ada manfaatnya.
