| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find outand empirically test Employee Commitment Differences Viewed From the Period of Service at PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III.The number of sample sin this study were 80 employees. With the hypothesis: There are Difference sin Employee Commitments Judging from the Period of Service. It is assumed that employees who have a longer working period, have a high commitment and conversely employees who have fewer years of service have lower commitment. This scale is measured using employee commitment scale which consists of three aspects according to Steers (in, Kuntjoro, 2009), namely: identification, involvement, loyalty. There are differences in employee commitment in terms of working period. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference has a significance of 0,000<0,050, this means that the significance value obtained is smaller than 0,050. Thus the hypothesis that says there is a difference in employee commitment in terms of the period of service is declared acceptable. Based on the description above,it can be concluded that the work commitment of employees with a service period of over 6 years is high, because the hypothetical average value of 100 is smaller than the empirical average value of 124.85. Furthermore, the work commitment of employees with tenure under 6 years is relatively low because the hypothetical average value of 100 is greater than the empirical average value of 87.70. | en_US |
