Pengaruh Persediaan Bahan Baku Terhadap Proses Produksi PT. Florindo Makmur Desa Pergulaan Kec. Sei Rampah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inventory of Raw Materials on the Production Process of PT. Florindo Makmur, Pergulaan Village, Kec. Si Rampah. This type of research is associative with a quantitative or statistical approach with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses and looking for relationships and influences between two variables. The source of data in this study was taken from the direct raw material inventory and the amount of production within 36 months from January 2015 to December 2017. Based on the results of simple linear regression with the equation Y = 8.159 + 0.249 X, it can be seen that the regression coefficient is 0.249 means that if the raw material inventory variable increases 1 unit then there will be an increase in the production process variable by 0.249 tons, it can be explained that the raw material inventory has a positive effect on the production process at PT. Florindo Makmur Village Pergulaan Kec.Sei Rampah. Hypothesis test results which state the influence of raw material inventory on the production process by comparing the sig value < 0.05, the significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and by comparing the value of t count > t table is 105.395 > 2.032, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted stating that raw material inventory has a significant positive effect on the production process. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.997, it means that the influence of inventory of raw materials partially affects the production process is 99.7% while the remaining 3% of the production process is influenced by other variables not examined.
