dc.description | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang, untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang yang berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified Sampling. Sampel responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 92 orang karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find out whether performance appraisal has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang, to find out whether work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang. This type of research is Associative research using multiple linear regression analysis to find out the influence among variables a variable is bound against free. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang that add up to 120 people. Sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Sampling.
