Abstract

This study aims to find out whether performance appraisal has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang, to find out whether work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang. This type of research is Associative research using multiple linear regression analysis to find out the influence among variables a variable is bound against free. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang that add up to 120 people. Sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Sampling. The sample of respondents in this research as much as 92 employees. The research results obtained from performance assessment positive significant effect on performance of employees at PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang. Significant positive effect working capabilities on performance of employees at PT. Mentari Indah Gemilang.
