Abstract: This study aims to determine and test empirically whether there is a relationship between the relationship between workloads and the tendency of intention to change work at BRI branch offices of Commerce employees. The hypothesis is proposed that there is a positive relationship between workload with the intention to change work. Where the higher the workload, the higher the intention to change work. Conversely, the lower the workload owned by employees, the lower the tendency to move from work intentions to employees. This study involved 60 employees at the BRI branch of Commerce as a research subject. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. This study uses a Likert scale instrument to scale the workload, Likert scale to scale the tendency of the intention to change work. Based on the data analysis, the results show that there is a positive relationship between workload and the tendency to move from work intention to BRI Bank employees at the Trade Branch office. The data analysis technique is product moment, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between workload with the intention to change work as seen from the value of the linearity coefficient (rxy) = 0.480 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, meaning that there is a positive relationship between workload with the intention to change work, the higher the workload, the higher the intention to change work. The value of the determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.230. It can be interpreted that the workload contributed to the intention to change work by 23 %. From the calculation of the hypothetical mean and the empirical mean, it is obtained that the workload with a tendency to move to high work intention.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empirik apakah terdapat hubungan antara hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kecenderungan intensi pindah kerja pada karyawan BRI kantor cabang Perdagangan. Diajukan hipotesis ada hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan intensi pindah kerja. Dimana semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin tinggi intensi pindah kerja. Sebaliknya semakin rendah beban kerja yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin rendah pula kecenderungan intensi pindah kerja pada karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 karyawan di Bank BRI cabang Perdagangan sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen skala Likert untuk skala beban kerja, skala Likert untuk skala kecenderungan intensi pindah kerja. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan kecenderungan intensi pindah kerja pada karyawan Bank BRI kantor cabang Perdagangan. Teknik analisa datanya adalah product moment, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan intensi pindah kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien linieritas (rxy) = 0,480 dengan p = 0,000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan intensi pindah kerja, semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin tinggi intensi pindah kerja. Nilai koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,230. Dapat diartikan bahwa beban kerja memberikan sumbangan terhadap intensi pindah kerja sebesar 23%. Dari hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik diperoleh beban kerja dengan kecenderungan intensi pindah kerja tinggi.
