Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Corporate Sosial Responsibility pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously from the influence of financial performance on Corporate Social Responsibility companies at PT. Plantation Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. This type of research is quantitative method research. The population in this study was all records of financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility activities at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, samples in this study were taken from the records of financial performance and activities of Corporate Social Responsibility. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that partially variable size, profitability, leverage have a positive and significant effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility of the company PT. Nusantara III Plantation (Persero) Medan. Simultaneously financial performance variables measured through Size, Profitability, leverage affect the Corporate Social Responsibility of the company.
