Studi Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor Stres Individu yang Gagal Tes POLRI

Abstract

This research is a quantitative of a stress of the stress factor in the individual failure of the police. The sampling in this study is 35 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The data collection method is likert scale. The data analysis using the percentage of f percentage. In this study, based on the data analysis obtained, showed that the load factor had a score of 33.01 %, which state that the load factor was the smallest factor, the personality factor had a score 33.31 %, the cognitive factor has a score of 33.31% which states that the cognitive factor is the biggest factor of the research results obtained.
