Abstract

Information is generally very necessary in building a high-tech company, where information very much helps the task faced by the company, especially managers, so that it allows the provision of information in a certain form can be conveyed with good intentions. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of information characteristics management accounting and the use of information technology on managerial performance at PT. Raz Hotel In medan, Partially and Simultaneously. This research method uses the total sumpling method, the sample in this study were 30 respondents of PT. Raz Hotel Medan. The results of this study partially indicate that there is a significant effect of the characteristics of management accounting information on managerial performance with the test results of tcount of 5,263> ttable of 2,051 with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. there is a significant influence of the use of information technology on managerial performance with a result of 3,765> ttable 2,051 with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. there is a significant influence simultaneously the characteristics of management accounting information and the use of information technology on managerial performance with the test results Fcount 32.826> Ftable3.35 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05
