Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information technology sophistication, user technique capability, top management support, and work experience on the performance of accounting information system at PT. PLN. (Persero) Wilayah Sumatera Utara in Medan. This research was conducted by the method of associative. Populations of these researches are 35 employees of the company. Data that used are from primary data. Technic that used to get the data with questioner. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with data processed by SPSS in version 21. The results showed that the sophistication of information technology and the ability of user technique have a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system. While top management support, and work experience have no influence to the performance of accounting information system. In a simultaneous manner, all of the Independent Variables have significant influence to the performance of accounting information system.
