Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Desentralisasi dan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada Bank SUMUT (Kantor Pusat)

Abstract

Effect of Management Information Systems, Decentralization and Environmental Uncertainty on Bank Sumut Managerial Performance, Thesis, 2019. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Effect of Management Information Systems, Decentralization and Environmental Uncertainty on North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at Sumut Bank which numbered 30 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 30 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) partially the Management Information System variables affect the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance; (2) partially Decentralization variables affect the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance; (3) partially the Environmental Uncertainty variable influences the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables Management Information Systems, Decentralization and Environmental Uncertainty on the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance.
