Pengaruh Total Quality Management, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of total quality management leadership style, and organizational culture on managerial performance at PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by an interval scale. The method of data collection is done by interview, with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the supervisor level at the Medan MC Vision Sky. Which numbered 49 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 49 people. Data processing uses PLS software. The results of the study show that: (1) partially the total quality management variable influences managerial performance at PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan ; (2) partially the leadership style variable influences managerial performance at PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan ; (3) partially the organizational culture variables affect managerial performance at PT. MNC. Sky Vision Medan.
