Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of total quality management leadership style, and organizational culture on managerial performance at PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by an interval scale. The method of data collection is done by interview, with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the supervisor level at the Medan MC Vision Sky. Which numbered 49 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 49 people. Data processing uses PLS software. The results of the study show that: (1) partially the total quality management variable influences managerial performance at PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan ; (2) partially the leadership style variable influences managerial performance at PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan ; (3) partially the organizational culture variables affect managerial performance at PT. MNC. Sky Vision Medan.
Description: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja manajerial pada PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan. Metode penelitian yang dialkukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala interval. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan setingkat supervisor di PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan yang berjumlah 49 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 49 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Total Quality management mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial di PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan; (2) secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial di PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan ; (3) secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial di PT. MNC Sky Vision Medan.
