Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada Auto 2000 Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study budgeting participation and job satisfaction on managerial performance both partially and simultaneously in Auto2000 Gatot Subroto Branch Medan. The type of research used is causal associative. The population in this study are branch head, section head, supervisor and staff at the Auto2000 Gatot Subroto Branch Medan with sample of 35 people. With the type of data used is primary data. Techniques for taking data using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS v.21. The results of this study refer to budgeting participation has affect and significant to managerial performance. The results of this study refer to job satisfaction has affect and significant to managerial. Budgeting participation and job satisfaction have affect and significantly on managerial performance.
