Pengaruh Strategi Bisnis dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business strategy and accounting information systems on managerial performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Medan. This type of research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was a functionary at PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Medan with a sample of 35 people. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data and qualitative data while the data source used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with Spss v.21. The results showed that there was a positive and partially significant effect on business strategy on managerial performance. Accounting information systems have a positive and partially significant effect on managerial performance. Business strategies and accounting information systems have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on managerial performance.
