Pengaruh Kinerja Berbasis Anggaran Terhadap Efektivitas Pengendalian Kinerja pada Kantor Camat Idanogawo Kabupaten Nias

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Budget Based Performance on the Effectiveness of Performance Control at the Idanogawo District Office in Nias Regency. This study uses associative research methods with quantitative approaches. The sample in this study amounted to 35 employees. The type of data used is associative research with a quantitative approach, data sources are primary data, data collection techniques used interview and documentation study, data analysis techniques are Data Quality Test (Validity Test and Reliability Test), Normality Test. Testing the hypothesis (TestR2 and Test -t ). The results showed that performance-based budgeting had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of performance control at the Idanogawo District Office in Nias Regency.
